CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must be received in writing.
  
  
• Refund for cancellation will depend on the duration of cancellation prior to tour departure.
  
  That is:

No of days	Percentage of tour price
45 - 60 days	full refund less $ 250 administration fee
35 - 45 days	25 % of the tour price
28 - 35 days	33 % of the tour price
14 - 28 days	45 % of the tour price
Under 14 days and / or no show	no refunds
